Upon arrival, the hotel had an inviting appearance, but it quickly turned into a nightmare when we couldn't access our room due to locked gates after dining out. We called the hotel multiple times for assistance, only to be met with language barriers and disconnection, leaving us drenched in a storm. The following morning, instead of a warm reception, I was met with accusations of abusing staff, which was completely unfounded and unprofessional.

My journey from doubt to delight
A gem of a hotel! ! The staff's warmth and personal touches made our stay unforgettable. The room was immaculate and the idyllic grounds were a delight to explore.
The limited vegetarian options offered left us wanting more during our meals.

We had an awesome time exploring the local market for homemade Mediterranean cuisine and snorkeling at a spot near the Cervantes Esplanade. The breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. The hotel is walking distance from the beach, and I loved the vintage style of the rooms.
One downside was that the swimming pool was under cleaning when we visited, which was quite a letdown.

The Hotel Rosa exudes a charming old-fashioned ambiance, impeccably clean with well-maintained decor. I appreciated the welcoming staff who catered to my needs, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay, particularly enjoying the lovely outdoor terrace for morning coffee.
Limited Wi-Fi access could be improved.

It was pretty annoying to deal with spotty breakfast service, where items seemed to run out just as you were about to dig in, I even had to wait for basic things like coffee. It can take the edge off your relaxation while lounging by the pool. The parking situation was a tight squeeze too, so if you're driving in, be ready for some gymnastics with your vehicle.
